Welcome to Age Concern GX Plus
Our aim is to promote the welfare of older people in Chalfont St Peter, Chalfont St Giles and Gerrards Cross.
We run lunch clubs, coffee clubs, exercise classes, monthly talks, and other social activities and groups in the area. We also run chiropody clinics and an ear wax removal clinic.
Our latest project is a new Age Concern Information Centre, at 8 Market Place, Chalfont St Peter, SL9 9EA, a place where the local older population and their carers can find information and advice on local activities and services. Our staff are happy to be approached with any day to day issues that may be concerning you. We will try our best to help you find an informed path forward.
